Front Desk: The
HotelManager Front Desk Plate was designed with the end-user in mind.
Simple graphics, and navigation puts our software in a class by itself.
Reservations: Making reservations has never
been easier. Customize your reservation form to include the information
that is most important to your property. Whether you're an experienced
reservationist or it’s your first day on the job. HotelManager has
a logical flow that makes it easy.
Check-In and Check-Out: If you can count to
five, you can check in a guest with HotelManager. Our 5-step process gets
guests checked in quickly so they can enjoy your property, not stand in
line at the front desk. Automated features make check-in a snap.
In-House Guest: HotelManager in-house guest
features give front desk staff a world of information to service their
guests.
Auto Book Groups: Auto Book Groups streamlines
your tour and airline crew reservations by centralizing processing of
these reservations. Although this feature is excellent for these specific
types of groups, it will work for any group.
Package Plans (Inclusive Charges): Each package
component is broken out to the appropriate revenue department in HotelManager,
but can be displayed as an inclusive package to guest on folio.
Rates: Seasonal rate structure and rate levels
are available for standard rate setup. Optional configuration choices,
per rate type include X nights free, minimum nights, days included, rate
includes tax, assignment of rate to a specific day of the week, maximum
% of arrivals, special rate for more than X number of rooms, minimum number
of guests, and needs guarantee.
Extra Guest Charges: Configure all standard
extras charges directly in HotelManager for staff selection. Nightly parking
fees, safe charges, safety deposit boxes, business center passes, etc.
Any extra charge that is per room, per guest, per night, or per stay can
be configured and attached to the guest accordingly.
Client Profiles: HotelManager Client Profiles
is one of the most powerful customer relationship management platforms
available in any lodging system. We can collect more information about
your clients than you can imagine. But don't let that scare you. While
you have a powerful system, you can easily customize the software to hide
all of the fields you don't use. It's as easy as point and click.
Daily Log: Keep your logbook online instead
of at the Front Desk. By adding the Daily Log of property activities to
HotelManager, you are able to keep all departments up to speed with what
is going on at your property.
Accounts Receivable: HotelManager has a robust
front-end accounting system that automates time-consuming tasks.
Commission Processing: All affiliations can
have commissions. A Company could have a special agreement that includes
a commission of bookings, as could Travel Agents (most common), Wholesalers,
and even Group Masters. All of these are considered Affiliations and may
have commission needs. HotelManager automatically calculates commissions
due for each affiliation per reservation.
Audit: HotelManager offers you a one-button
end-of-day audit process that does not require the entire property to
be off line. All interfaces and terminals will be "on line"
during the end of day process. Select and configure property specific
audit reports. You’ll have over 300 standard reports to choose from
and you have the option of configuring unique Pre-Audit, and Post Audit
reports.
Maintenance Tickets: Our instant maintenance ticket screen provides a
fast and reliable way for any staff member to log, dispatch and follow-up
on maintenance problems.
Housekeeping: With HotelManager your housekeeping
staff has access to everything they need to get the job done, but nothing
more. Housekeeping can access: Lost & Found, Messaging, Room Blocking,
Maintenance Tickets, and Housekeeping.
Lost & Found: With HotelManager Lost and
Found, all property staff have can find, enter, and track lost items easily.
Internal Messaging: HotelManager comes with
a built-in property messaging system that allows the staff to communicate
in real-time with each other. What makes this simple system powerful is
that each message shows you if and when it was read by the recipient,
not just when it was sent. Each staff member has a simple in-box that’s
fast and easy to use.
Security: What do you do when charges mysteriously
disappear from a guest folio? How would you track this in your current
system? HotelManager offers extensive security profiles to ensure your
staff is on a need-to-know basis.
Alerts: The system automatically notifies you
when events occur such as a room was sold below the minimum rate; a rate
was discounted; the bank was over or under; a call posting failed or duplicate
reservations were made from an internet system.
Event Viewer: With event viewer you can look
at anything that occurred in your operation at a glance. Do you want to
know when guests got refunds? How about when a close was made out of balance
or when commission checks were cut? Event viewer gives you the information
you need to do your job as a manager instantly, without having to page
through reports to find it.
Log-in Notes: Log-in notes allow you to post
a message to all of your users that is viewed when the log into the system.
Standard Documents: Simple word processor built
into HotelManager. Create your own contracts, follow up notices, thank
you letters, confirmation letters, etc. Print directly from the record
you are using.
